We have recently renewed & refurbished our hotel to provide
a far more pleasant atmosphere during your stay.
Rooms &
Facilities
There are 22 rooms in
designed with the style and feel of the Konak (Old
Ottoman mansion). Rooms are renovated & refurbished
by the end of 2004. Each room is decorated with a
different style to present the cultural variety in
Turkey. Rooms do not have numbers but names from
Greek & Anatolian mythology like Didyma, Ephesus,
etc. And to create a relaxed and comfortable
environment we have used wood floors and traditional
textile reflecting traditional flavors. For your
comfort every room offers 700 channel satelite TV,
mini bar, air conditioners, hair dryers, internet
access service as well as a comfortable bathrooms
and ceiling fans. All bathrooms to carry a different
design just like the rooms.
Outdoor swimming pool, Snack bar & Garden bar, A
small terrace library by the pool, Fax, internet and
other necessary communication services, Pingpong
table and american billards, Safe boxes are
available at reception
All areas of Villa Konak is equipped with electronic
fire protection system...

Cooking As A Passion"
Another hobby of Kaya Enderin is cooking and you can
taste some of his delightful traditional Turkish
food most evenings, just let him know when you would
like to eat in.
You would like to taste Mediterranean cultures'
different fishes, sea foods, in Villa Konak's
cuisine, you would like to taste the magic of olive
oil of vindy slopes, fresh vegetables from near
villages, Anatolian spices and much more...

To nourish you with the very finest of foods our
breakfasts are full of fresh materials, butter,
olives, honey etc...

away from table to surrounding facilities.

You can try to cook with Kaya and learn the
interesting technics of Turkish & Anatolian cooking
styles.
Anatolia is at the crossroads of many civilisations
and hence there are several cuisines living all
together now.
"Mehmet's Restaurant"
Your breakfast will be served between 08.00-10.00 by
the pool. During the day, you can experience
different tastes from our snack bar. Me and my wife
will be delighted to cook you, delicious dishes from
the Turkish cuisine every Tuesday and Friday. For
this experience please reserve during the day after
checking the menu from the board by the pool.
For other days of the week, you will have the chance
to enjoy different tastes from Mehmet's restaurant.
Please make sure that you order from the menu no
later than 17:00. Mehmet will serve your order
wherever you would like to. This place may be your
room too...
